Pre-Purchase Building Reports – We work for YOU

• We go over the entire building from top to bottom – from under the house, the interior to inside and outside the roof. We cover every area to which access can be gained.
• We check everything that opens and shuts – all doors, windows, cupboards, drawers & taps.
• We visually check the quality, integrity and safety of the house and outbuildings.
• We check for water penetration from within, above and below.
• We check the storm water drainage.
• We provide you with comment of the general condition and state of repair of the property and any matters requiring attention.

Once you've read our detailed Reports you'll probably know more about the house than the seller does.

We welcome our clients being on site during inspections.
