Timber Pest Reports

• The Inspectors undertake a detailed visual examination of all accessible areas likely to be attacked by termites and/or borers.
• These include timber in sub-floor areas, timber flooring, internal timbers, roofing timbers, external timber joinery, fencing, timber retaining walls, trees and garden areas. In fact any accessible area where termites could be present.
• Inspectors use modern technology to assist with their visual examination.
• They check for the presence of existing termite barriers and any available history of previous treatments to the property.
• They provide you with comment on areas where special care should be taken.
• They also provide annual termite inspections for clients at moderate cost.

Once you've read the detailed Timber Pest Reports you'll probably know more about the house than the seller does.
